Angelina Jolie Dismissed Controversy Surrounding Her Bosnian Movie
The shoot was initially halted when Bosnian government officials revoked her filming permit after they misinterpreted the plot as a love story between a Serbian rapist and a Muslim woman. The story also came under fire from members of the Women Victims of War association, who refused Jolie's offer of a face-to-face meeting to discuss their issues and went on to call for the actress to be stripped of her role as a United Nations goodwill ambassador.
But Jolie has now spoken out to dismiss the controversy as nothing more than one person's "gripe". She tells Reuters, "There's one person who has a gripe. The absolute majority of the people, population, the cast, prime minister, president have been extremely supportive."
Brangelina Donate $2 Million to Wildlife Sanctuary
 Angelina Jolie and  Brad Pitt  have made a $2 million donation to the wildlife sanctuary in  Namibia  where they spent Christmas. The Hollywood couple jetted off to  the  African country with their six children to spend the holidays at  the  Naankuse Lodge and Wildlife Sanctuary. 
The festive destination had special meaning for their daughter Shiloh, who was born in Namibia in 2006, and the couple kept up its links to the country by donating cash to the resort where they stayed, which is run by Dr Rudie van Vuuren and his wife Marlice.

Billy Bob Thornton has dispelled rumors he wore a vial of Angelina Jolie's blood around his neck, blaming the public image of the couple as "vampires" for the bizarre story. Thornton married the actress in 2000 and they frequently made headlines with reports about their love life, including speculation they kept one another's blood in tiny bottles.
But the "Armageddon" star insists their relationship was not so eccentric - the pair actually wore lockets with small smears of blood.

 Eva Mendes was  inspired to make her directorial debut after seeing Angelina Jolie take  charge of the camera for an upcoming feature film. Mendes put forward a  movie called "California Romanza", which stars Christina Ricci, as part  of the annual Glamour Reel Moments event in Los Angeles earlier this  year. 
She admits Jolie, who is currently working on a Bosnian war movie, inspired her - and she also credits Kathryn Bigelow's award-winning work on "The Hurt Locker" with making her want to direct a film.

Fans of Angelina  Jolie  are set for a bumper Christmas if they can spare a few thousand  dollars  at a Hollywood auction next week. Auction house Profiles in  History has  a treasure trove of the Tomb Raider's memorabilia set to go  under the  hammer at a winter sale.
The top item is a visual effects Triangle of Light from "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider", which is expected to fetch up to $8,000. Also up for sale at the auction are Jolie's live firing Sig 232 pistol, costume and stunt handcuffs from "Salt".

Jolie wrapped herself in a white long Atelier Versace dress which still bared her legs. While she went all white Pitt was covered in a black thick coat. "The Tourist" lead actor Johnny Depp was also present at the event held at Ziegfeld Theater in New York City, looking stylish in a brown striped outfit.
Another cast member Paul Bettany came with actress wife Jennifer Connelly. Director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck was additionally seen among the attendees of the special screening, which was glittered by famous faces like supermodel Brooke Shields, actress Gabourey Sidibe, singer Ashanti and filmmaker Brett Ratner.
"The Tourist" is a remake of 2005 French film entitled "Anthony Zimmer". The story follows an American tourist who is used by a female Interpol agent as a dupe to reach her goal to locate a criminal with whom she once had an affair. The action thriller is set to hit U.S. cinemas on December 10.

Angelina Jolie Calls for New Law to Protect Celebs From Paparazzi
 Angelina Jolie  is  calling for a new law to protect celebrities and their families from   unscrupulous photographers who get too close to stars' kids. The   Hollywood actress has six children with her partner Brad Pitt and the  famous family is a regular target for the paparazzi.
Jolie admits some snappers scare the youngsters by getting too close, and although she doesn't want to stop the photographers doing their job, she wishes a law was in place to force them to keep their distance and use long lenses to avoid unnerving the children.
She tells Larry King, "I do think and I do hope that there will at some point be laws about how close they can get to children with cameras. Because I think at some point it's going to be clearer that it's emotionally not healthy. And with long lenses, there's no need."
