Actor Aamir Khan has confided that he is indeed on the lookout for a girl who would groove to an item song for the film ‘Delhi Belly’. “Yes, I’m looking out for someone. We have got quite a nice number, now we are thinking whom we can cast.., It could be an established actor or a fresh face, if you have any suggestions, please let us know,” he said.
What are the chances that Aamir Khan himself will dance to this catchy song? “That’s not a bad idea, actually,” he laughed, “If we don’t zero in on anyone soon enough, I guess I will have to do it myself.”
So is this item song going to be a bigger hit than ‘Sheila’ and ‘Munni’? “Well, it’s a good song. I hope it becomes a bigger hit. Sheila and Munni both were very good. I love this song that we have, but I don’t know if the audiences will like it better,” says Aamir.
Well, only time will tell us everything…
Arunoday Singh and Aditi Rao kiss every time they quarrel…. Mounts up to 22 times
Arunoday Singh and Aditi Rao have broken Mallika Sherawat’s onscreen kissing record by kissing 22 times in Sudhir Mishra’s upcoming film Yeh Saali Zindagi. In the film Arunoday and Aditi play the role of a lead couple, who are based outside Delhi. They share the screen space with Irrfan Khan and Chitrangada Singh.
Director Sudhir Mishra believes that a kiss is an aesthetic and natural expression of love than hip-shaking. However, he has had to do away with kissing scenes in the past as the actors have been reluctant.
“Aditi and Arunodoy play a young couple based in Delhi. They kiss every time they quarrel. And they quarrel a lot,” says Mishra.
The censor board is already upset over the film’s title, is surely not going to take the smooches gently.
“I am not bothered. If the censors think kissing is evil, I’ll ask them to get a reality check. We can’t manage with flowers quivering on screen. The audience will guffaw at us!” says Mishra.
Gulzar to pen a Love Poem for Katrina Kaif
Katrina Kaif, who believes love is the most beautiful thing in the world, wants veteran lyricist Gulzar to pen a love poem for her.
“Nobody has ever written a poem for me. But if actually someone writes a poem for me, I think that will be very romantic,” she said at the launch of Pritish Nandy’s book of love poems Tonight, This Savage Rite.
Looking her best in an off white-knee length dress, Katrina, 26, surprised everyone when she said: “I want Gulzar saab to write poems for me.”
Gulzar, 74, who has written innumerable songs for Hindi films and has many poetry books to his credit, was present at the event and said: “Inshallah, I would write a poem for Katrina for sure.”
“Even though love is known to entail pain, disappointment, disillusionment, still I don’t want to be pessimistic about love. I would rather want to have a positive approach to love. I believe that there can be a happy ending, because love is the most beautiful thing in the world,” she said.
When asked about Valentine’s Day plans, she said: “I have no plans. I will be working on the day.”

At the promotional event of Aarakshan. Saif Ali Khan said making individual appearances at the Cannes film festival is a futile exercise.
When a journalist asked Saif why then would Aishwarya Rai Bachchan go there every year, he shot back saying “Maybe because she is a pretty face.”

Ever since Dabangg happened, Sonakshi Sinha is seen flying high. The newbie gave a stellar performance at the Filmfare Awards and took home the black lady for Best Debut (Female) for her role in Dabangg.
The actress danced to the tunes of In Aankhon Ki Masti from Umrao Jaan and of course to the current favorite Munni Badnaam Hui from her movie Dabangg.
The highlight of the evening was the beautiful Madhuri Dixit unleashing her magic and spellbinding the audience as she danced with Shahrukh Khan to hits from their movies live Devdas and Dil To Pagal Hain.
It was indeed a gala night in Mumbai, as all the cine stars gather together at Yash Raj studios for the 56th Idea Filmfare awards.
Farha’s lucky mascot is Salman Khan..
Filmmaker Farah Khan has found a new best friend in Salman Khan. So much so, she considers Salman to be her lucky mascot!
Farah says, “Salman and I have appeared on each other’s TV shows more than seven times (Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Dus Ka Dum, Big Boss, Tere Mere Beach Mein, Dance India Dance and a couple more).
While the films Salman promoted on my shows (Wanted and Dabangg) went on to become superhits, he has been my lucky mascot as my team does very well whenever he comes. We are lucky for each other.”
Last week, Salman and Farah met up for the eighth time on Sony TV’s Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, where Farah is a judge along with Anu Malik.
Reveals Farah, “This is the third year in a row that he’s come on the show. Salman had come to promote Ready and bought home-cooked khaana (mutton curry and rajma-chaawal) for all of us.
I have not seen Salman dance like that in ages! He made Anu Malik do Bharat Natyam. There were some very talented people including a guy eating rasagullas and dancing at the same time.
There was a four-year-old Sardar boy who made Salman dance to Dhinka chika from Ready and knew all his films’ dialogues by heart. Salman loved him and hit the floor with him.”
Why are Hrithik and Suzzane disappointed???
Hrithik Roshan and wife Sussanne Roshan attended the Filmfare Awards on Saturday night expecting to take home a trophy for Best Actor for a stellar performance in Guzaarish. Sadly, it was not to be.
Adding to their disappointment, the show’s hosts Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan enacted a spoof on Guzaarish. Imran dressed up as Hrithik while Ranbir mimicked Aishwarya Rai.
With a feeling of disappointment, the Roshans left early.
Shahrukh Khan won the Best Actor (Popular Choice) for his role in My Name Is Khan. And the Critics’ Choice Best Actor statuette was bagged by Rishi Kapoor for his role in the small-budget film Do Dooni Chaar.
Clearly, it wasn’t a night to enjoy for Hrithik. The actors Guzaarish may not have been fulfilled, but he turned up for the event with wife Suzanne looking like a winner.
Sussanne later expressed her disappointment on Twitter: “Just came back from Filmfare. Sometimes in life we get what we don’t deserve…makes it difficult to understand what’s the logic in all this.”
Shah Rukh Khan and Sourav Ganguly are rivals???
Shah Rukh Khan recently invited Sourav Ganguly to a party hosted at his home Mannat. Cricketers from Pune Warriors and Deccan Chargers were on the guest list. But an invite to Ganguly (who now plays for Pune) was particularly seen as SRK’s way of mending fences with the Kolkata batsmen who was unceremoniously dropped from KKR this year.
But guess what, Ganguly did not turn up for the party.
A lot of celebs from Bollywood came, like Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Sonali Bendre and a good number of cricketers too. But Ganguly was nowhere in sight.
Guess Ganguly hasn’t forgotten the snub he got from Shahrukh at the time of player selection for this season of IPL. Now a snub from Dada has made the score even.
Jacqueline Fernandez gears up for ‘Murder’ sequel
Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez who has worked in three films but haven’t had much luck at the box office, is now pinning her hopes on the sequel of Murder to catapult her into Bollywood’s big league.
She is the Bhatts’ preferred choice over Mallika Sherawat – whose passion play with Emraan Hashmi was one of the reasons why many folks flocked to theatres to see the 2004 flick – for Murder 2, to be directed not by Anurag Basu, but by Mohit Suri.
“The character I play is balanced. She is bold. She is sensuous. She is clever. But at the same time it’s a character every girl can relate to,” Jacqueline said while talking about her character. She said to reporters.
Jacqueline is not unaware that there would comparisons drawn with Mallika Sherawat.
“We all know what ‘Murder’ did for Mallika… It’s natural that people will make comparisons and it’s also natural that it will make me quite nervous and put me under pressure,” Jacqueline candidly admitted.
But what spurs up her confidence is the fact that the Bhatts are behind her.
“They are very cool. They are like family. I am just looking forward to the shoot as I know that I am in good hands,” she said.
The sequel will once again star Emraan Hashmi.
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are an item???
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are trying their best to spend quality time with each other. Just last week, the duo were spotted enjoying a car ride on the streets of Mumbai, yet again Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor have been seen partying together at a suburban lounge.
The two can’t hide it any longer. There is something definitely brewing between the so called “just friends”. And this time, like always, they didn’t speed away from prying eyes and less wary about being seen together.
Ranbir and Katrina were spotted partying together at a suburban lounge in Juhu on Friday. They stayed for a good number of hours and were having a good time.
“The two actors walked in together around midnight and spent quite some time at the lounge. They were oblivious of the onlookers there.” says an eyewitness. “Soon, there were hushed whispers amongst the guests present, speculating if they were a couple or not.” added the eyewitness.
Defending Katrina, a friend of hers said, “Katrina had gone to the lounge to have dinner with the cast and crew of My Brother Ki Dulhan. Ranbir was already present there with his friends.”
Well, the coincidence, must was a pretty romantic one… 
Shweta Tiwari and Abhinav Kolhi are now husband and wife….
The latest buzz doing the rounds is that Shweta Tiwari, the winner of Bigg Boss 4 is married to Abhinav Kolhi.
Reports suggest that Shweta tied the knot with Abhinav before she entered the Bigg Boss house last year, in a private ceremony. But the reports are not yet confirmed.
Buzz also has it that Shweta’s ex-hubby Raja Chaudhary is getting very possessive about Palak, his daughter with Shweta, thus leading to his reckless behavior. He’s afraid of losing his daughter Palak.
Just last week, news had it that Raja had assaulted and abused Shweta and Abhinav in Mumbai, following which Shweta lodged a police complaint against her ex hubby.
Brett Lee embarrasses Deepika padukone!!!
Kolkata Knight Riders pacer Brett Lee is a die hard fan of Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone.
At the party hosted by Shahrukh Khan at his residence Mannat on Monday, Deepika sure did manage to grab a lot of attention. So did Priyanka Chopra who came along with Sonali Bendre and Goldie Behl.
But more than anyone, it was Brett Lee, the Aussie hunk, who seemed to be in a mood to flirt with Deepika. We hear that he sang songs throughout the night and dedicated them to the sloe-eyed brunette.
Lee, apart from a cricketer, is also a musician and plays bass guitar and sings.
Deepika was a tad embarrassed by all the attention that was showered on her by Lee. But she took all his flirtations like a sport. Shahrukh too was amused.
